I had a great experience with Arlo hotel from the moment I walked inside. Rachel was amazing and I can’t say enough positive things. She was always down to figure out a solution especially while I was working remote or waiting for my gf to pick up our service animal even when the hotel didn’t allow dogs. She’s a solid addition to the team and deserves a big raise!

Awesome hotel nice view and very accommodating staff! I will be coming back soon, from check in to check out it was a smooth process. We had a short wait time for the suite when checking in but the front desk was reassuring everything was being prepared for our stay.

Great scent, perfect ambiance and staff. Rooftop is undefeated and the restaurant Lamalo is worth every penny. Shoutout to Miguel for setting everything up! Will definitely be going back and telling my friends and family about the experience.

The building and room was very modern and updated, fun little touches like tic tac toe next to the elevators. We were helped by Tis and Jamilah who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable - love this place, will definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend and we will definitely be recommending this place to our friends as well! Mark, the manager, was so accommodating to our stay and because of him we will be staying here whenever we are in Ktown. The location is the perfect distance from so many delicious restaurants and we especially loved the cool elevator system. We weren’t able to go to the rooftop bar but we def need to check it out next time!
