My boyfriend and I stayed at Arlo Nomad for the first time for our anniversary. Nathaly was an unreal lobby host and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience in the city. We stayed at the king city view room, amazing view. Really felt that the staff went above and beyond. They made sure we had everything we needed and had a very special stay. Wonderfully friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here.

I've been going to New York City for 52 years. I've stayed at most major hotels there. I discovered the Arlo NoMad about 3 years ago, and I've stayed there on every trip since. The Arlo NoMad has it all: a great staff that is helpful and friendly, atmosphere off the chart, spotlessly clean, comfort just like some of the larger hotels and in many cases, GREATER comfort, it's reasonably priced, and the hotel is located conveniently to just about anywhere you would want to go. I'll stay at this hotel from now on. With all that the Arlo NoMad has to offer, I don't need or want to stay anywhere else!

Best stay ever. Definitely will book again. Staff was amazing! Staff made sure we were completely comfortable &’ had everything we needed. My room was changed so easily with out any problems soon as we arrived.
