I've been going to New York City for 52 years. I've stayed at most major hotels there. I discovered the Arlo NoMad about 3 years ago, and I've stayed there on every trip since. The Arlo NoMad has it all: a great staff that is helpful and friendly, atmosphere off the chart, spotlessly clean, comfort just like some of the larger hotels and in many cases, GREATER comfort, it's reasonably priced, and the hotel is located conveniently to just about anywhere you would want to go. I'll stay at this hotel from now on. With all that the Arlo NoMad has to offer, I don't need or want to stay anywhere else!

Best stay ever. Definitely will book again. Staff was amazing! Staff made sure we were completely comfortable &’ had everything we needed. My room was changed so easily with out any problems soon as we arrived.

From the time we first walked in until we left, everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Miguel. The room had awesome views as did the rooftop!

Checking in was a breeze thanks to Keelan and Rachel! Two amazing people and hard workers who truly care about their customers. Upon checking in Rachel and keelan gave recommendations of things to do and places to eat at in the area which was very helpful!
