Best stay ever. Definitely will book again. Staff was amazing! Staff made sure we were completely comfortable &’ had everything we needed. My room was changed so easily with out any problems soon as we arrived.

I've been going to New York City for 52 years. I've stayed at most major hotels there. I discovered the Arlo NoMad about 3 years ago, and I've stayed there on every trip since. The Arlo NoMad has it all: a great staff that is helpful and friendly, atmosphere off the chart, spotlessly clean, comfort just like some of the larger hotels and in many cases, GREATER comfort, it's reasonably priced, and the hotel is located conveniently to just about anywhere you would want to go. I'll stay at this hotel from now on. With all that the Arlo NoMad has to offer, I don't need or want to stay anywhere else!

From the time we first walked in until we left, everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Miguel. The room had awesome views as did the rooftop!
Will come back for sure!

Checking in was a breeze thanks to Keelan and Rachel! Two amazing people and hard workers who truly care about their customers. Upon checking in Rachel and keelan gave recommendations of things to do and places to eat at in the area which was very helpful! Throughout the night we were well taken care of and really felt at home here. Thank you so much! Def recommend

Sunday to Tuesday visit with friends also staying at the hotel. We were interested in the location to experience a bit of NYC Koreatown and to dine at Her Name Is Han restaurant which is located two doors next to the hotel. First time staying at the Arlo Nomad and had a great experience overall. Efficient and personable check in at Reception and special recognition to Nathaly who was professional, helpful, and welcoming! We stayed in rooms 1803 and 1603, these rooms are well positioned in the building floor plan, and with great views. The rooms are efficiently laid out, very clean, with thoughtful spaces and features. There was plenty of space to unpack for a weekend stay. Looking forward to a return visit!

I looked for hotels/air bnbs in the city for few days and decided to go with Arlo NoMad for a few reasons. One, their pricing was very good for their location. Two their rooms looked nice in the pictures. And three I liked their name lol.
When I got here Rachel was very nice and helped me quickly. She gave suggestions for areas to visit and a musuem pass as well.
The room is clean and a very nice review. Would reccomend.
