Checking in was a breeze thanks to Keelan and Rachel! Two amazing people and hard workers who truly care about their customers. Upon checking in Rachel and keelan gave recommendations of things to do and places to eat at in the area which was very helpful! Sunday to Tuesday visit with friends also staying at the hotel. We were interested in the location to experience a bit of NYC Koreatown and to dine at Her Name Is Han restaurant which is located two doors next to the hotel. First time staying at the Arlo Nomad and had a great experience overall. Efficient and personable check in at Reception and special recognition to Nathaly who was professional, helpful, and welcoming! We stayed in rooms 1803 and 1603, these rooms are well positioned in the building floor plan, and with great views. The rooms are efficiently laid out, very clean, with thoughtful spaces and features. There was plenty of space to unpack for a weekend stay. Looking forward to a return visit!

I looked for hotels/air bnbs in the city for few days and decided to go with Arlo NoMad for a few reasons. One, their pricing was very good for their location. Two their rooms looked nice in the pictures. And three I liked their name lol.
When I got here Rachel was very nice and helped me quickly. She gave suggestions for areas to visit and a musuem pass as well.
The room is clean and a very nice review. Would reccomend.

My stay at Arlo was great--special shout out to the kind, warm,and wonderful Rachel at the front desk. Rachel and the rest of the Arlo staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small but very well appointed, I will return!

My room was very nice and clean and my stay was amazing. The rooftop has an amazing view! The second floor was perfect to get work done. Miguel Aviles was extremely helpful from check in to check out. Can’t wait to visit again !
