It was a beautiful stay, everyone was beyond kind and helpful.
The room has the most breathtaking views and above all CLEAN! I will absolutely be staying here again!
Loved that there’s an option to check in early and check out late probably one of my favorite things!

I booked a solo trip to this hotel as a staycation. For some reason I ended up booking the incorrect date! When I got to the hotel to check in Tasha was extremely helpful and patient with me and got it all taken care of. Check-in was a breeze no issues at all and then even had the sky view room still available. When I went to check out Tasha remembered my name and greeted me with a very welcoming smile. It’s the little things that count. 10/10 overall experience:)

This place exceeded my expectations, especially with everything going on. They are centrally located and have a killer view of the Empire State Building from their rooftop bar and some rooms. I used to live in Manhattan and this was a go to rooftop for drinks for me. So I decided for my first visit back why not. They were extremely friendly and accommodating as well as reasonably priced for the city. Anyone looking to visit the city I highly recommend this place. Also if you get the pleasure of meeting Rachel at the front desk she is a true gem! Love this place and plan to stay many more stays in the future!

I absolutely loved my stay. I’m a solo female traveller. I felt so safe around the hotel and outside of it. The security there was kind and considerate. And the young staff really made the stay specifically Miguel for being attentive and accommodating.
The rooms are very small. But honestly that’s NYC and you really don’t need more than a bed and a bathroom. No fuss.
The only downfall is that they need better pillows and an updated AC system

Thank you for your comments in relation to AC and pillows and it is something we will review. We don't always get things right and will always put our hands up and correct things if this is the case yet it seems that the team and your relationship with them is what was most important to you and I am so happy to see this. Arlo nomad is our favorite place to stay in the city. Not only is it a gorgeous boutique hotel with amazing views, but the staff is amazing. We stayed recently for my birthday and Tasha was amazing and was very accommodating, ensuring our stay was special. She was super helpful and recommended some spots nearby to check out since we aren’t from the area. Overall, so friendly and affable we can’t wait for our next visit back!
