Great stay and great people!

This place exceeded my expectations, especially with everything going on. They are centrally located and have a killer view of the Empire State Building from their rooftop bar and some rooms. I used to live in Manhattan and this was a go to rooftop for drinks for me. So I decided for my first visit back why not. They were extremely friendly and accommodating as well as reasonably priced for the city. Anyone looking to visit the city I highly recommend this place. Also if you get the pleasure of meeting Rachel at the front desk she is a true gem! Love this place and plan to stay many more stays in the future!

Room tip: I traveled with a girlfriend and did bunks loved the stay.

12 days in the ARLO

I absolutely loved my stay. I’m a solo female traveller. I felt so safe around the hotel and outside of it. The security there was kind and considerate. And the young staff really made the stay specifically Miguel for being attentive and accommodating.

The rooms are very small. But honestly that’s NYC and you really don’t need more than a bed and a bathroom. No fuss.

The only downfall is that they need better pillows and an updated AC system

Really glad to see you had such a nice stay with us. 12 days with us you would meet all team members and have enough time in your room to know it inside out. Thank you for your comments in relation to AC and pillows and it is something we will review. We don't always get things right and will always put our hands up and correct things if this is the case yet it seems that the team and your relationship with them is what was most important to you and I am so happy to see this. We can fix pillows or AC, we cant teach people to be kind or genuine and we have a very special group who love to help and welcome our guests.

Favorite place

Arlo nomad is our favorite place to stay in the city. Not only is it a gorgeous boutique hotel with amazing views, but the staff is amazing. We stayed recently for my birthday and Tasha was amazing and was very accommodating, ensuring our stay was special. She was super helpful and recommended some spots nearby to check out since we aren’t from the area. Overall, so friendly and affable we can’t wait for our next visit back!

Fantastic Service

Between traveling and work, I found myself in a bit of a bind looking for a last minute place to stay. The assistant manager, Rachel, went out of her way to help me make a last minute reservation. I haven't stayed at the Arlo yet, but if her professionalism and service is any indictor of what my stay will be like, I have no doubt this will be a fantastic experience.

Amazing view and friendly staff!

This hotel is truly a gem, right in the center of the city perfect location to site see and shop, rooms have an amazing view right next to the Empire State Building! The front desk employees Justin & Mykal went above and beyond making sure our room fit our needs and gave suggestions on near by places to eat which we also enjoyed. Thank you so much Justin & Mykal for the outstanding hospitality!
