I absolutely loved my stay. I’m a solo female traveller. I felt so safe around the hotel and outside of it. The security there was kind and considerate. And the young staff really made the stay specifically Miguel for being attentive and accommodating.
The rooms are very small. But honestly that’s NYC and you really don’t need more than a bed and a bathroom. No fuss.
The only downfall is that they need better pillows and an updated AC system

Really glad to see you had such a nice stay with us. 12 days with us you would meet all team members and have enough time in your room to know it inside out. Arlo nomad is our favorite place to stay in the city. Not only is it a gorgeous boutique hotel with amazing views, but the staff is amazing. We stayed recently for my birthday and Tasha was amazing and was very accommodating, ensuring our stay was special. She was super helpful and recommended some spots nearby to check out since we aren’t from the area. Overall, so friendly and affable we can’t wait for our next visit back!

Between traveling and work, I found myself in a bit of a bind looking for a last minute place to stay. The assistant manager, Rachel, went out of her way to help me make a last minute reservation. I haven't stayed at the Arlo yet, but if her professionalism and service is any indictor of what my stay will be like, I have no doubt this will be a fantastic experience.

This hotel is truly a gem, right in the center of the city perfect location to site see and shop, rooms have an amazing view right next to the Empire State Building! The front desk employees Justin & Mykal went above and beyond making sure our room fit our needs and gave suggestions on near by places to eat which we also enjoyed. Fantastic experience, staff was friendly courteous and professional. The two men at the front desk (Justin and Mykal) made sure my family and I we're well taken care of. The view from the rooms and rooftop exceeds all expectations and any photo cannot do it justice. Strongly recommend.
