Between traveling and work, I found myself in a bit of a bind looking for a last minute place to stay. The assistant manager, Rachel, went out of her way to help me make a last minute reservation. I haven't stayed at the Arlo yet, but if her professionalism and service is any indictor of what my stay will be like, I have no doubt this will be a fantastic experience.

This hotel is truly a gem, right in the center of the city perfect location to site see and shop, rooms have an amazing view right next to the Empire State Building! The front desk employees Justin & Mykal went above and beyond making sure our room fit our needs and gave suggestions on near by places to eat which we also enjoyed. Fantastic experience, staff was friendly courteous and professional. The two men at the front desk (Justin and Mykal) made sure my family and I we're well taken care of. The view from the rooms and rooftop exceeds all expectations and any photo cannot do it justice. Strongly recommend.

Excellent hotel located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival my daughter and I were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff members Mykal and Justin, they made our trip more interesting with tips about nearby restaurants within walking distance as well nearby events. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Mykal and Justin for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

This is my new go-to hotel in NYC! It's just perfect. Small, boutique feel, extremely comfortable, clean and well-located. The rooftop bar is amazing. But, best of all - the staff!! Justin welcomed me upon arrival and couldn't do enough for me. He told me everything I needed to know, provided the best room he could find and gave me a discount on room service. The next morning, the manager happily extended my check out time and was the most friendly, professional you could ask for. The study area on the second floor is the perfect location to get work done. And, finally, I love their 'mutual respect' policy. Guests really seem to follow it. Love everything!!
