So I had the great idea of going during winter time and it was freezing. You can’t enjoy the place when is so cold so I recommend you to visit during spring or summer. So beautiful and relaxing. You can take your bike and a pretzel and just enjoy !

We visited the park on three separate days when we were there in December. We went ice skating. Went on a horse and carriage ride, and visited the john lennon memorial. Also it’s a great place just to wonder a round and relax from all the hustle and bustle of the city.

Ok, it’s big, but; it’s poorly signposted many amenities were closed at the time of our visits. Pity as the weather has been perfect

I’ve never shown much interest in Central Park......... a Park is just a Park right? Wrong...... it’s such an amazing setting in the middle of all the built up city, and it is full of so many little treats for everyone to enjoy. The Alice in wonderland memorial is beautiful, the carousel is magical, the rowing boats on the lake is tranquil and there are lots of other sights to, the tribute to John Lennon, the boating lake where Stuart little was filmed, the Balto memorial, the zoo and it’s close to Tiffany’s.

A must do if visiting nyc
