Stefin was really the highlight of our stay. He explained everything about the grounds to us, and congratulated us on our birthdays and anniversary with a bottle of bubbly. He was very kind and informative. Great location for anyone who is visiting Boston. Could not recommend more highly.

First of all, in the middle of this pandemic, I have to say, the hotel was very clean. They practiced social distancing and were great about their cleaning policies, i.e. no staff will enter the room during your stay unless you request it. Rooms are sealed off until you arrive and I saw staff cleaning surfaces quite a bit.

Obviously, many of the amenities have been suspended due to Covid-19 (like room service, the pool, etc.). If you need certain amenities, I'd definitely call first.

You can't beat the location. There are restaurants all around you and it's only a brief walk from Boston Common. We parked our car in the garage ($42/day) and left it there. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

The room itself was a standard hotel room with some fun art work making you remember you were in the "Revere" Hotel (see my photo). However, the building could use some updates and repair. Peeling floors, damaged elevators (graffiti in the garage elevator), chipped furniture, etc. Nothing terrible, but it's those little things that can make the difference between a good hotel and great one.

All in all, I'd stay there again.

Room tip: Call first if you need specific amenities.

Thanks for the review SavesSpiders and thanks for having stayed with us. I appreciate your comments on the attention to cleanliness...we know it is more important to everyone nowadays and it's good to see our efforts are not unnoticed. We can hardly wait for things to get a little closer to normal but, to be clear, cleanliness will still be very important.

I am sorry you came across examples of needed maintenance and I trust our engineering team is working their way to the room you were in for their regularly scheduled visit to address such items. As for the graffiti in the elevators, I will get with the company who owns and operates the garage to care a bit more for our "curb appeal".

I am thrilled you would stay here again and look forward to welcoming you when you do.

Had a great stay here. All staff extremely friendly and helpful, room was very spacious and comfortable. High standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Location was perfect. Rooftop restaurant and bar was a great spot.
Will definitely be back when next in Boston!

We'll have the same big rooms, the same friendly staff and the same high degree of attention to cleanliness when you return but we're moving our restaurant offering indoors on the 19th of October. Watch out for the re-opening of Rebel's Guild...I promise it will give you that same fun & sophisticated approach to Boston as you had this past visit.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Boston. We had a good experience from check in to check out. Very nice room and spotless. We didn't have a need to use any of the hotel facilities but we were made aware of their availability. Had sunset drinks on the rooftop terrace and that was really awesome. Highly recommended. Staff were very friendly and if we didn't have dinner reservations elsewhere we would have stayed a lot longer. Great location for walking everywhere and being able to get back for a break when needed.

Room tip: 20th floor Deluxe Queen rooms have a great view of the city

This hotel is great for both families and young adults wanting a well priced hotel that is also very nice. Spent the weekend at the Revere and was very happy with the experience. We ate at the rooftop twice, once for lunch and another time for a early sunset dinner on Sunday. The staff was great even though covid made the manager be relatively uptight but it wasn’t his fault. The rooms are new and spacious, definitely a top tier hotel in my book, and I’ve stayed in many 5+ star hotels. Somehow this hotel managed to find nice staff even though more than half of the places we went to in Boston over the weekend had rude and subpar staffing. Highly recommended!
