This was my first time staying with the Element brand. The location is convenient to the South End with easy access on and off the highway. It’s ultra modern and ideal for the business and young traveler. Complimentary continental breakfast with a hot egg station was a nice surprise. Each night there’s a complimentary wine and cheese “happy hour” in the lobby. The rooms are clean, all have a small kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Wifi, cable TV and safe. Terrific rain shower, fluffy towels, fresh smelling amenities... and the most comfortable bed with lots of pillows!!! There’s also a saline heated pool and gym. Paid Parking is easily convenient and fairly priced for Boston.
What makes this hotel stand apart is the STAFF! Nani at the Front Desk is a true ambassador of the hotel. She made us feel so welcome. You can tell that a lot of happy people work here as they are so highly engaged with the guests and you get luxury service on a budget.. Everyone has a warm, genuine smile and a “hello”. I spilled a cup of orange juice one day at breakfast and everyone rushed to clean up the spill and offered to assist me. It was amazing!
My suggestions for the hotel: install a nightlight or dimmer in the bathroom so you don’t need to turn on full lights during the night. My suggestions for the hotel: install a nightlight or dimmer in the bathroom so you don’t need to turn on full lights during the night. The air vent in our room 208 was in a bad location the blew on the bed so I redirected the vents. Our interior room overlooked an air generator on the roof but the room was soundproof! Ask for an exterior room The “11” series corner room which has a nice lay out.
We had a great stay! Thank you!More
