Sabine was super helpful as I forgot a few random items(flat iron, har spray) and had them sent up. Great service! Room is clean and modern. It’s small but that’s Boston. Good location. Nice lounge area.

Great location for exploring Boston and the Freedom Trail. We were able to walk to the sightseeing trolley stops, and many coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable hotel with a great restaurant for breakfast and dinners, and room service if desired.

I booked this hotel because of the proximity to TD Garden (approximately 1/10th mile). It was an anniversary trip to see Justin Timberlake in concert so I wasn't overly concerned about paying $500+ per night, but I would strongly recommend looking for specials if possible because aside from the location I felt it was overpriced. Don't get me wrong, the service is great, the beds are comfortable, and they do have some really plush robes in the rooms (which is a nice touch). But my overall impression of the hotel was that we were underwhelmed. Aside from the great location, I would think there are other options offering comparable service, clean rooms and comfortable beds, at more reasonable pricing (and skip the plush robe).

First impressions are not particularly good as the lobby looks like a goods entrance. However once at the desk travellers are greeted by excellent and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant are pleasant although the food is average, the service is excellent.

Rooms are very comfortable although views are restricted by the nature of the location in a commercial area.

The hotel is very handy for metro station, car hire and the indoor market and a very good breakfast shop just over the road.

Room Tip: As high up as possible.

Had problems checking in late after the hotel and reservations were made aware of late check in the day before. The hotel staff was aggressive and unfriendly and basically told us the gave the room away and didn't have any more rooms. They were finally able to "find" an available room after much back and forth.
