Although Covid shut down a lot of services, this hotel was perfect. Very clean! Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Walking distance to everything - great restaurants, wonderful coffee shops and shopping. Parking was so convenient for a downtown hotel. Will definitely be staying again when we return to Boston.

I stayed at this hotel over multiple weeks ending April 30. Reason for continued stay was my business peers liked this location several restaurants in walking distance. I found the service was way below a typical Marriott Hotel. The staff mentioned Covid as an excuse but if they are not ready to open or properly staff the place then they should have locked their doors. I found the plumbing very poor - almost a daily task was asking to have a toilet plunged which is very awkward. In once case, I came back to my room late at night and I ended up plunging the toilet myself and the desk people seemed I should be grateful they offered a plunger. Based on this incident I will not return. For a weekly stay, you get 1 coffee, 2 cups. I had to make repeated requests for coffee, cups, water, etc. The desk people often sent the wrong items if at all. I noticed the desk staff would scribble a request on a piece of paper and this is a problem in that they either lose it, can't read writing, or throw it away once I leave. I complained to Marriott about the plunging incident on the app and still have not received a reply back. So overall if you like having dinner in walking distance this AC may work. If you like very lazy, poor service with lots of street/construction noise, loud neighbors, the smell of marijuana almost daily then you may like this place.

I have stated in this hotel a few times and it’s a beautiful hotel. This time however was terrible. I used my suite night upgrade and got out in a very nice room but it was right on the highway which was awful. We were constantly woken up during the night. It was so loud. If you ever stay here make sure you request a room on the other side of the hotel away from the highway. I don’t know why they would ever put a suite room on that highway.

Excellent customer service, very clean, perfect location, and beautiful rooms and lobby! The staff was all very friendly and helpful - especially Vinny! Vinny was so helpful and accomodating to our family. We will definitely be back!

We received a warm welcome and superb service from Vinny and his team during our stay! Loved the clean, modern style of this beautiful hotel. Comfy beds and wood floors. Easy parking. We walked next door to Whole Foods for fresh croissants and coffee every morning. Lots of good local restaurants. Great Ink Block location and walking distance to Chinatown, Boston Common and Little Italy. Perfect choice as we visited Boston for college tours. Stay here the next time you are in town. You will love it!
