Wonderful stay love the hotel and the people who work there. Was charged $51.00 for parking and that was fine than I see an additional $97.00 not sure why, hopefully it will get straighten out. We will see what happens!

I stayed here for a wedding, and was so looking forward to it as I heard great things. While the wedding was beautiful and very well done by the hotel, the rooms are a different story. They are clearly very dated, and just feel less fit to what a 4 star hotel in a metropolitan city should be. There was no refrigerator, the room is oddly layed out and it’s extremely noisy - and no, not downtown Boston buzz but A/C and mechanical sounding. I confirmed others heard it, too. I would say it’s a sufficient hotel for those wanting a good, walkable location but nothing special.

Nice room with all the necessary amenities in a perfect location across the street from Quincy. If that’s all that mattered, this would be a 5-Star review, however, it drops due to the lack of friendliness of the staff. We felt as though we were bothering the front desk personnel with each contact, and the concierge was even worse, especially considering she had nothing to do. The only exception to this were the bell hops/doormen who were very helpful and friendly.

Well our room had a beautiful view of the parking lot of a farmers market. We got to listen to them set up and tear down. They only had a very expensive resturant in the hotel and the food was blah. We got to listen to the housekeepers argue too. Won't be back. Gave them 3 stars cause the bed was comfortable.
