The Eliot Hotel is a very nice hotel located just around the corner from everything. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in the 2 bedroom suite. The employees were awesome and it was a really nice experience. Highly recommend.

The Eliot Hotel offered fantastic service, courteous staff and a perfect location. The room was spotless and well-maintained - especially in light of the pandemic. Location can’t be beat! It’s just steps to all of the Back Bay shopping.

The combination of our spacious designer suites, exceptional location in Boston's vibrant and elegant Back Bay district, and our genuinely caring staff dedicated to providing personalized service, combine, to allow us the ability to craft exceptional guest stays. Managing the overall experience very well considering covid. Clean and hygienic with clear instructions.
The in room breakfast was good enough and just about as good as could be expected since the lobby restaurant is not taking guests during this period.
Check in was smooth. Beds were comfortable.

Our suite was well decorated and central location was a rare gem for Boston.

Room tip: higher floors have better views.

We stayed at the Eliot while my daughter was having surgery at Mass General Hospital, which is just a few minutes away by car. It was important to us to have more than just a typical hotel room given that we would be spending 10 days there, and the room did not disappoint. We had the 1-bedroom suite, which had 1 bedroom with 2 quite comfortable beds, separated by French Doors from the living room, which was lovely. Staff were super accommodating, providing us a shower chair, mini-fridge, tea kettle and microwave, which made our stay much better. The doormen were also very helpful with our tons of luggage. Also, the location was excellent. We really enjoyed the proximity to Newberry Street, with great shops and dining -- many "al fresco" options in this COVID era. In all, we felt that the Eilot staff provided a very personable, lovely stay which greatly enhanced our surgery experience. We would highly recommend.

Coming to Boston for surgery can, of course, be anxiety provoking, but I'm gratified knowing our genuinely caring staff helped create "a lovely stay which enhanced the surgery experience." In addition our spacious and comfortable suites, as well as our super-convenient location in Boston's elegant Back Bay district, makes a 10-day stay and recovery from surgery that much more tolerable!. I hope the "patient" has recovered nicely and that we can welcome this guest and her family back to their "Boston" home once more.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and everything we wanted or needed was taken care of. We had a little issue valeting as we have never been to the hotel before it wasn't clear where we could pull up for it. My only criticism is room service. We ordered room service from Uni. While the food tasted great, I was disappointed with the presentation (paper bag and boxes). I felt it seemed more like takeout and if that is what I had wanted I would have ordered from somewhere else. Other than that, thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review her stay and for the stellar rating! I am delighted this guest had such "a great stay," at our "beautiful hotel." As a hotel dedicated to providing personalized service, our genuinely caring staff ensures our guests are well taken care of, and it is gratifying knowing this was evident for this guest. It is true that the hotel still is not offering room service due to Covid-19 protocols. As dynamics of the pandemic are quickly shifting as infection rates drop, the hotel will re-implement room service as soon as it becomes fully safe to do so. In the meantime, prospective guests may find it helpful knowing that the hotel's restaurant, UNI, delivers "take-out," and the hotel also offers a breakfast menu, also currently only in the form of delivery to the room. Dear "alicel755TK": You are most welcome for the great stay! It will be my pleasure to welcome you back once again.
