Let me begin this review by saying that our planned trip to North Carolina did not include a hotel stay. Due to a series of unfortunate events, my family and I found ourselves in need of a place to stay for a couple of days. When we walked in we were, to say the least, down and out with a cranky toddler in tow. We were met at the desk by 2 wonderful ladies, Stephanie and Tarah. Both women worked together to get us situated so we could go to our room while the other preoccupied or cranky toddler. Both ladies, along with their supervisor Brian, helped us throughout our stay with things to do, places to eat, and fun snacks and toys for my toddler (who was no longer cranky). They even remembered our names the next morning and brought us some snacks to take along for the day. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff at the Biltmore Hampton went way out of their way to let us know that they were there to turn out frown upside down... and that they did. With much love and many thanks from the Salum's (especially Jaxon).
