“Moab and Unit were Great. Would go again.”
Reviewed 13 August 2011 for a stay in April 2011

We have a family get away with 3 adult children and one teen. This unit is called a condo, but we would call it a duplex-two units attached. Very roomy. We did lots of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands and this unit was a great place to come back to each night. It was everything they said it was, just far enough away from town to be quite, but close enough to be convienent. Home away from home with all you need. There was a pool and playground ijn the developemnt, which we never used, but looked fun. The kitchen even had most basics so we cooked breakfast everyday and left behind a few esentials just like others had. The view was nice. The only comment would be the contruction noise early on weekdays. The developement is new and still under construction. SInce we were gettin gup to hike early it was not a big deal. Once the development is compelte this should not be an issue. The onwers were very responsive and easy to work with.THANK YOU!

“Couldn't have asked for anything more!”
Reviewed 27 July 2011 for a stay in July 2011

The only downfall to thIs property is it's location 5 or so miles outside of town. That being said, it was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was only a short walk from the condo; there were even pool towels available for us. Check in was simple. The furniture was first class. We had a full lineup of dish tv, but who needs tv with all the great things to do in the area? There were stainless steel appliances and eveything you need to cook if you are so inclined - even a bbq grill on the lower level patio. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. The price is right as well, much less than two hotel rooms for the four of us.
