I booked a room here on a moment's notice and that call was like the rest of my 4-day stay. The service is excellent, from the front desk pros to the chambermaids. I stayed here just a few weeks after the super typhoon hit, but every bit of comfort was provided. The rooms are clean, the AC cold, and the bathroom spacious. Super affordable and a short drive to main hotspots. Our room came with breakfast, and that didn't disappoint, either. I'd definitely stay here again!

My wife and I were so incredibly satisfied with our stay at Kanoa Resort. The view was spectacular -- panoramic windows from wall to wall overlooking the ocean. Sunset was spectacular. Service from check in to check out was so professional and pleasant. We caught the dinner show on the beach with Iune and Tasi and company. It was very entertaining. Food at the main buffet restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend this staying at this piece of paradise within the paradise of Saipan 😊

My family and I enjoyed our stay and the food was good. Some amenities like the tissue could be replaced with a better quality and nice smell. Excellent customer service from the staff. We really like the pool hours enjoyed swimming in the evenings nice and cool.

It was family trip - 5 adults and 1 baby. We were in a family room for 2 days.
I originally asked just 1 extra bed but Kanoa prepared 2 more extra bed.
That`s so good to us. The room size was large enough to be 6 person or maybe more in it. Most of things are good.
However, the air conditioner in resort was breakdown! It was terrible especially in Saipan. I would gave 2 or 3 star of rating to this resort because of that problem.
We complained it and immediately got the excellent response by the manager of the Kanoa resort. He is Mr. Glenn.
He fully understood our uncomfortable and adequately compensated.
I appreciate Mr. Glenn`s effort. Very good rating is your`s. Thanks a lot.

It was a pleasure to meet you and your family. I was also happy to help out when the A/C was down. Our maintenance department does an amazing job keeping our Resort clean and cool. From time to time however, every hotel encounters a challenge and i am glad you were happy with our response.

I booked a family room & I most say it was better than I expected. I had dinner with my family at the isla restaurant & it was really good food with great service from the restaurant staffs.I personally want to thank Mr.Jay for all his hard work & answering all my questions about the island. Mr.Jay helped me & my family with my luggage’s and told me the best place to see the sunset view was at the beach front of the hotel. Mr.jay was very nice to entertain my kids while I was checking in at the front desk reception. Once again my stay was great and me & my family would recommend this hotel to other friends.
