Unfortunately, as frequent customers, this night at Casa Urashima was terrible. After 1:10 minutes, our main course was not out. Arrived at 6:30 pm, made the order, and I had to get up to get water. Staff did not even check on us. They seem to have lost our order, even when we were in the same area with the manager and their family. Very disappointing, I hope they prioritize on customers.
