Friendly staff and owner. Great help in arranging local tours. Good location and easy on the budget for the area. It would be tough to find a better location to stay on Saipan. I was asked to not discuss my tour prices because I paid much less for my tour booked by them, rather than a local agency. I verified pricing and their claim WAS accurate!
Not bad for the price. Good location. Friendly & helpful staff who seemed to care very much about my wellbeing. The air conditioning worked well. Wifi was not very reliable on the second floor. Walking distance to downtown festivities. They have drinkable water in the office.
Yes, the room could use a little painting and such. However, it was VERY VERY clean. Housekeeping came DAILY and did a great job of cleaning the room. They also replaced the towels and mopped the room. I was very impressed with that.
Front desk staff was very friendly and respectful. Also parking was very easy to find. We never had any issues during our 17 day stay at this property.

This is not a luxury hotel. However, the prices are always very reasonable and rooms are big. I especially like the location (most rooms open to a quiet street/alley). Plenty of parking. Easy walking distance to several key spots/shopping/dining.
did not arrive till early hours,think we where given a standby room,not very good nothing worked,complained and up graded to 2 room flat,quite big ,cooker ,air con,fridge ,tv and cooker The room had a quite,nice view,Theres a small shop around the corner,top of the road on beach road bars for breakfast even a Mcdonalds,the staff on the desk did there best ,even arranging a taxi tour around the island would go back again good value for money
