Hotel experiencing minor renovationions. Check in was a bit slow. Lobby is super warm. The room never got below 24 degrees Celsius even though I set it down to 18 trying to cool off the place. After alerting the staff about the TV & internet it was quickly addressed.
Great food and party options nearby. Souvenirs available also along with snacks & all kinds of beverages.
The oriental massage is expensive and they kept trying to have me purchase time with a lady of the night.
Near the beach.

Room Tip: The escalator has a electrical burning smell indicating an overload condition on it's system. ...

Like most hotels in Guam, they left in the 80s, felt like I was on skid row with all the guys hanging around o every floor in the parking garage. Room looked like it was barely cleaned. No hot water in the shower. Got a flat tire after running over a broken bottle when parking. Elevators all feel like freight Elevators, camera are missing in them so feels very rapey.
1st two days the room wasn't made up and I returned from work at 330 and maids were still cleaning other rooms. Never getting to me.
Emergency light never goes off, on all night

Room tip: Avoid this hotel

When I arrived at the hotel, front desk seemed confused about what room they were going to place me in. I had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes before settling in. When I entered the room, it had a moldy smell and many cockroaches started coming out of the sinks. When I asked for a room change, they were kind enough to move me to a new location. However, it was not cleaned. They didn't bother to double check if the room was ready and just moved me into the room. I requested a refund and booked another hotel. Although the price was budget friendly, the hotel is run downed.

Hotel is not top notch especially if it’s run by Chinese. Cheap and the hotel has an uninviting feeling. Trash would be seen piling up with rats and roaches crawling. AC does not work well and you can feel the heat in lower lobby area. Hotel looks more like a housing area and the gravel area is terrible!

After booking here the last minute, I read the review and changed my mind. Unfortunately, there's no refund so we are stuck. I figured, we can just give it a try and have plan B to change hotel on the next day.

Upon check-in, our receptionists was young yet professional and friendly. It was busy with line of tourist awaiting to check-in. However, we didn't have to line up with the crowd as we were taken by another person on a separate area. No line. So our check-in was a breeze, which was already a plus. The staff was always cheerful, chatty and helpful. They even holler from the distance to say good luck to my son who was on his way to his Jiujitsu tournament one day. I thought that was cool of them to acknowledge that. Our room was lit, nicely decorated and comfortable, with 2 full beds. Everything was clean and had everything we needed - fridge, TV, etc. The bathroom was clean, full of amenities; shower with strong pressure and hot water. The parking was convenient for us who rented a car for the weekend and it's free. I like that I can just get in and out without having to worry where to park or pay for parking. The parking is also covered, within the hotel building. Really convenient esp. it was raining that weekend. There's a couple of fun restaurants in the building too, one is gaming bar with music. The other one was Tony Roma's which we went for dinner one night. We had guest who came to visit us and we sat at the lobby talking while enjoying the music from that gaming bar. It was an overall an upbeat ambience.

We end up staying our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We will definitely stay here again soon for our son's next BJJ tournament.

The entrance to the room was grand with beautiful tile work, a generous sized bathroom, two nice sized beds and a mini fridge. The problem was at night I felt something crawl on me 🤮 I turned the lights on and saw 6 HUGE COCKROACHES crawling on the wall. I wanted to faint! I was out of there faster than a person searching for the closest bathroom while having a bout of diarrhea after eating sushi…..probably at the Royal Orchid 😳
