Stayed at the Westin during a business trip to Guam and very glad I did. Some of my colleagues went with nearby hotel and decided to go with the Westin on future trips. The location is great, right on the beach and near lots of shopping. And for business, it's very close to the main road to get you to around the island.
My room was very pleasant. Plenty of room, comfortable bed, nice desk and fast wifi for working on my laptop. It was always perfectly clean.
The fitness room is has plenty of new equipment and nice views.
I especially like the food offered. Both the Taste restaurant's buffet breakfast and the Westin Club are amazing. Good food, drinks, not over crowded, great staff. If your reservation doesn't included breakfast or the club, they are both worth it.
I like Westin in general, but this one feels especially nice. Others could learn from it.

i went there to see
for food was closed for a private event starlight
starbucks nice
beach access good like private
the dusi next door better beach and more stores
the elite area staff very friendly
they know my opinion
since nowdays customer service is important
the gm and market director reached me few hours before arriving but was not going to take the risk of staying in a marriott without the marriott standars

We stayed for a few days at this property while my husband was on military orders in Guam, and we found it to have everything that we needed - shops, restaurants, nice pool, and a great beach. The laundry room was a plus to get our clothes washed before continuing on to Japan. The room was quiet and comfortable with a nice beach view, and the staff was very friendly. Parking is underground. We would certainly stay again if we came back to Guam!

Our flight to Guam was early and we (my wife and son) had to wait for the 3pm check in time. However, I am so glad Ms. Shiela Goto of the front desk was so pleasing and accommodating that she assisted us for an early check in. Our 4 night booking with the hotel was really worth the stay. We were also granted a late check out courtesy of Ms. Ella Juong. Kudos to The Westin Guam thru Ms. Goto and Juong. See you soon!
