Most of the things are pretty good.
Free sun bed, swimming pool with kids section, free laundry and so on.
- parking lot : had to across the street.
- no shower after beach
Hope to have a little bit cleaner swimming pool.
And I have asked for some towels to the front for 2 times, but no body came ..

Lotte hotel room condition was pretty good!
Customer service was good and the sheets were clean! Really enjoyed the stay! Our room had a nice view and the ocean view was prettt throughout the day! Pool was full of family and it was very inclusive for everyone. We will definitely come back next time :)
Very clean room, beautiful and spacious bathroom especially the tub. Had a great view too. Service was great and very quick to respond to any issues. Spa is great, pools were big and had a lot of features. So many amenities available, wish I could have stayed longer!
Stay was great, we stayed over the weekend in September and had a fun time. The hotel was clean, relaxing, accommodating, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Reasonable prices for the food and the buffet was also good. Thank you for the experience
Always use Lotte for our Family get always. Since our Wedding here a year ago, we’ve constantly been returning for staycations and dinners. Staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. Will be returning soon and recommend to others.
