I had a 2:30 AM flight, and the hotel I was staying at was booked, so I thought I'd give Hotel Tano a try. I just wanted to get a few hours of sleep and repack my suitcase before my flight. They're doing some work on the hotel, but that didn't bother me. A guy at the front desk offered to help with my luggage, which was very nice. The amenities were great, but the room was average with cement floors. What takes my review from average/very good to poor is the security dude who came knocking on my door at almost 10 pm. I thought some kids were goofing around, because it was loud and not just a simple knock. No, it was security. He apologized, and he said he thought the room was vacant. What? I don't know what the deal really was, but he woke me up for no good reason, and I wasn't happy. I guess I should be glad that he didn't just walk in on me.
