Stayed here for a work trip. The rooms themselves desperately need to be remodeled with new furniture, A/C works really well in the rooms. The view is actually pretty awesome so can't complain about that. But everything just feels old in the room. Room service is good, they have a schedule on every floor saying when they come by to clean the rooms. The gym is really small with some free weights, cable machine, and a couple treadmills. I came here when it was super hot and humid (85 degrees). The A/C throughout the hotel isn't that good so you can feel the humidity when you're not in your room. Doesn't have many food options in the hotel and the little shop is overpriced as usual. They have an infinity pool with a great view. This whole hotel would benefit from a power wash and a fresh coat of paint.

I really LIKE this property. The rooms were really perfect. Offering just what you need for a 24 hour stay for a more than FAIR price. The hotel was very clean and VERY COMFORTABLE, pillows were clean and I love the 5 gallon water in the room for cold and hot water. This hotel delievered with a great view and clean outdoor patio, it's the little things. The pool has one of the best views in my opinion and I like the location of the property. It's a short walk down some stairs to the beach. The front desk ladies and gentleman were super kind and helpful and did their best. The management is extremely professional and warm. I will be back

立地は最高。ご飯やコンビニも徒歩でたくさんあるので困りません。ホテル内にもバーが1つとレストランがあります。
ホテルの施設はインフィニティプールに加えタモンビーチに行ける階段があります。

ホテルの客層は韓国の家族連れと日本の若いカップルが多く、部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の子供の夜泣きがうるさくて寝れませんでした。耐えられず部屋を変えてもらったのですが、交渉時日本人のマネージャーは「子供のことなんだから我慢しろ」くらいの物言い。追加料金を払ってまで良い部屋を予約していたこともあり納得できないと現地のスタッフに英語で交渉したらすぐ対応してくれましたが、日本人マネージャーは日本人が英語を話さず大人しいから我慢させれば良いと思ってるんでしょうか。
さらに、移った先の部屋はエアコンが壊れていて動かず。仕方なくさらに別の部屋に移動したものの、また別の子供の夜泣きでほぼ寝れず。。
ファミリー向けならば、予約時の注意事項として明記してあれば選びませんでした。残念ながらリピートはナシです。

Location is the best! You can access to town center only just few minutes by walk. You can easily reach to restaurants and ABC store. The hotel has a bar and some restaurants inside. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a stair connect to Tumon beach.

Most of guests are Korean family and Japanese couples. The wall of the room is too thin to avoid the noise of baby crying entire night. I asked hotel manager to change my room to refrain from the noise but she said “We cannot control baby so you should accept it”. I paid extra fee to get high grade room so it was unacceptable for me. After the negotiation,staff gave me another room but A/C didn’t work so I had to move to the 3rd room. Unfortunately I struggled with another baby crying entire night even though I moved 2time. Hotel have to write in advance that they accept those noisy customers and the wall is too thin. Unfortunately I will never stay in this hotel. Last but not least, local staffs were super friendly and nice.
