We stayed here two days. It was FUN! It was October so we used only indoor stuff. The room was super nice and clean. We had small balcony with 2 chairs it was nice. There are 3 waterparks here and they are end to end of the resort. This place is HUGE! We walked so much, although you can take a shuttle if you would like. The waterparks are fun! The kids both enjoyed them, they really enjoyed the wave pool, that made some pretty big waves. In the wave pool area the roof is clear so the sun comes in and you kind of feel like you are outside. I would love to visit here again in the summer months and experience the outdoor areas also!

We had some trouble at check-in - front desk staff showing that we were arriving the next day even though our confirmation showed the day we arrived - she wasn't very apologetic and just basically said "sorry, we can only tell you what we see on our computer". It wasn't until we pushed the issue before she was willing to check with a manager and reluctantly gave us a room - we were very surprised by the lack of customer service displayed by the front desk staff; after all that drama, we finally got into a decent sized room at a great location; overall we had a great time.

Tips:
This place is massive! Choose rooms between New Frontier and Wild West on the hotel side for a more centralized location, otherwise be prepared to walk a long ways to get to the different water parks or wait for the shuttle; The villas, condos, and lodges are the furthest out so they are the most spacious and secluded. 2nd/3rd floor rooms have more privacy; 1st floor facing pools have patios that open to the public - no privacy and your items are not secure.

Get the Fun Pass - definitely worth it! We didn't upgrade to unlimited since we were only there for 2nts but would recommend doing so if you're staying for 3nts+

Be prepared for very poor wifi connection and non-existent decent TV viewing but there's enough things to do to keep you busy the entire time.

Bring comfortable water shoes and be prepared for long walks through the resort!

Room tip: 2nd/3rd floor have more privacy; 1st floor facing pools - patios open to public - no privacy and your items are not secure

We stayed here for one reason. The reason was, for the three of our kids to burn off some steam and have fun. Our kids ages range from 6-13, and all three had fun.
There was something for everyone, and that is great. It’s not only geared to young or older kids, there are sections for everyone to have fun.
The workers are nice, considering having to work around screaming kids and loud noises all day.
The rooms are a little dated. However, we did notice that many were getting worked on, so hopefully working on them during their slow season. Yes they are dated, but honestly you are only in them so long. The waterparks are nicely kept, and pretty clean, considering how many people are at the water park.
Would consider coming back, trying one of the cabins, and maybe in the summer.

Resort not properly design to be family friendly, indoor water parks scattered throughout the premises causing wasted time walking to & from your room or between them. Lack of signage in corridors. Lack of friendliness at main desk. Resort needs a thorough deep clean from top of ducts to bottom. Lack of swimup bar with a hot tub Jacuzzi. Not a place I would return with my family.
