Was wonderfully surprised when I entered the hotel for a work conference just how nice this hotel actually is. My room was very modern. The casino was HUGE and lots of fun. There are many options to choose from for meals and beverages. Would definitely stay here again. Close to downtown. Has a shuttle bus that will drop you off at the downtown hotels.Short walk to nighttime fun from the downtown drop off locations. Shuttle drivers were helpful and kind. I enjoyed this trip to Milwaukee and will recommend this hotel to others.

My husband and I recently stayed at the hotel while we were in Milwaukee for a concert. The hotel room was clean and beautiful. The room windows a0re really fantastic. My husband asked for a room that was "The higher the better", because he wanted a view. We were given a room on the 16th floor facing East toward the lake. The view was breathtaking. Cabs are parked at the back of the casino to which the hotel is attached. So transportation to our concert was readily available. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cadino is attached for 24 hour recreation. Casino play nets you room discounts and points that can be used like cash for purchases.
The only downside was related to food in the casino. First of all we had supper at the buffet. The food was good and there were many options. There was a sugar free desert section, which was a welcome find. The line was very long however. We started in line with maybe a dozen people in front of us. We waited in line for so long we were afraid we would be late for our concert.
The other downside came after our concert. We arrived back0around midnight. Food options are limited at that time of night. We went to the food court where one vender was open late. When sat down in the food court to eat nothing had been cleaned. All of the tables were dirty with food on them. The condiment and soda area was littered wit paper and ice. It made the environment unpleasant.
Outside of the dining experiences in the casino our stay was great. We will definitely choose Potawatomi hotel and casino again.

Stayed here for business...hotel is great and the rooms are large and comfortable. The room rate was cheap for what you get, and all the food prices, restaurant meals etc were extremely affordable. Lots of choices for food and gaming. I highly recommend

This hotel is removed from the busy downtown area and is a gaming hotel. There is an evening shuttle available to drop you off at locations in the downtown area. The casino is large, but smacks you with smoke on entry. The rooms were spacious and clean, but even on the 15th floor there was a scent of cigarette smoke. The wifi is sketchy and the TV kept loading with digital disruption. Cell phones don't work well in the rooms. The staff was mostly friendly. The 'free' parking is valet and you must get your ticket stamped at check in each time you park. Overall, the stay was OK.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

In areas where smoking is allowed, we’ve been making upgrades to our air handling system. We hope you start to notice a difference in the coming months.

Worst casino ever. The point system is non-existent. $4 for every 1 point on video poker...are you kidding me? And then to offer a 12 pack of pop for 250 points...That's $1,000 in play for a 12 pack of pop! Get over yourself! Worst customer service, worst casino, rude staff and terrible players club! Try any other casino in the Midwest and you actually get money back! And then on top of all that you want to charge almost $300/night for a hotel room...I can't...just stay away!

Our Player's Club point system varies depending on the game you play. We also offer many multiple point days, giving players the opportunity to win up to 5x points!

Because of these multiple regulatory checks, patrons of Wisconsin tribal gaming operations can be assured that electronic games of chance are operating with integrity and offer a fair chance to all players.
