Stayed local and was given great service and a clean room, we were not far from shopping or dining. We extended our stay with no issues and were able to have a late check out with no hassle. I recommend this location! They were clean, courteous and a priced very budget friendly!

My wife and I stayed here on Christmas night. We stayed in a King suite, and our stay was excellent. We plan to stay here again soon when we visit our family. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
12.12.2023 UPDATE: I am updating my review - I will leave the prior one with this disclaimer - I believe the 3rd floor is where the pets get to stay - I also don't think the room my mother had was a handicap/mobility accessible room since they also have something called a hearing impaired room. My second stay at the beginning of December 2023 was so much better. I stayed on the 2nd floor. The room was clean - showerhead was odd in room 215 but it worked so not a big deal. Staff is always pleasant - you do have to sign out extra towels for the room and for the pool - and there were no trays for breakfast - apparently people walk off with towels and trays so - boo on society really. Anyway - room on the 2nd floor was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was hot and plentiful this time - whoever was incharge of the ordering did a good job - and the coffee is good - that is a make or break for me really - good coffee - always available. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was HOT - which was excellent. The location is stellar for visiting my family there. check in and check out are super easy. I have updated from 2 star to 4 star - My first stay was just one dropped ball after another but I am glad I gave it a second chance.

I booked 2 rooms - one for myself and my son and one for my mother. The shower in my mother's room ran red hot in the mobility room - oh sorry no maintenance on the weekends. They did take money off the stay but still. Also, the location is really dirty. Sticky carpets, stains all over the walls, lampshades. Thick dust on the headboards. HVAC units had the bottom panel half knocked off in both rooms. Pool was fine although you had to sign out the thinnest towels I have ever seen. Hot tub NEVER got hot was like tepid bathwater. Breakfast was lukewarm and not hot either day. poor ordering - no cream cheese for bagels or yogurts...old spotty fruit. Staff was pleasant but there was an overall "sorry - nothing we can do about it" vibe. It is one of the cheaper options in the area - about 100/night and the beds seemed to be comfortable. They allow pets - so if you don't care how clean your accommodations are or don't care if you have hot breakfast and need cheap and to bring your furry friend then you're good. however I would not recommend for anything other than cheap and allows pets.

Seems like there were a lot of PERMANENT residents, with kids running everywhere, doors propped open, insane levels of noise and cleanliness issues, in the room’s bathroom as well. Checkied in, and checked out within an hour.
We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your time with us. We do not have permanent residents here, however on the weekends we do typically sell out with many people who have children and they are fully able to come and go as they please. If you experience noise issues with guests sharing the common areas you can feel free to contact our front desk to address those issues if needed. We have posted quiet hours that are enforced if our guests let us know that they are experiencing any issues with other guests not being respectful of each other.

I had a reservation with this hotel for Sept. 9-10, 2023. I could cancel my reservation up to 24hours before arrival date. I canceled 2 MONTHS before my arrival day on THEIR website. I was told that they never received my cancellation and they charged my credit card for $121.57. I spoke with Amanda at the front desk and she stated that there wasn't anything that she could do. I then contacted their parent company Wyndham Hotels and their customer service rep. tried to contact the hotel directly and was "hung up on". Then the hotel refused to answer the phone when customer care tried to call back several times. I was emailed by the hotel GM Brian Davis and he refused to acknowledge that I cancelled my reservation. I have stayed here on several occasions and never had any issues until now. I think that the hotel must be under new (mis)management now. I will be using other hotels the next that I'm in the area. (there are plenty of options) In the mean time I am stuck paying $121.57 for a hotel stay that I never used due to their incompetence. Thank you.
Dear Richard, we appreciate the time you took to leave this review but we do need to clarify some things. Both myself and our customer care team tried to explain that you had 2 reservations. One of those reservations was through a travel company(you cancelled this one) and the second through our Wyndham website(you didn't cancel this one) and when you did not arrive to claim your room on a busy weekend you were charged for that. Our customer care line does not call the hotels, they send emails, and I promptly responded to both yourself and them. It's unfortunate that this error on your part caused you to be billed this way but I can guarantee you that any hotel would have done the same.
