Very nice staff. The building on the sides has the tightest parking. The elevator sounded on its last leg, and we chose a holiday inn because of the brand and the pool. Guess what the kids don’t get to swim because they don’t want to fix the pool pumps. Wasted my points to stay at this location. An email updating its condition on the pool would of been nice. We would of chosen another holiday inn. Dam!
So disappointed in the dirty room and facilities. Bed pad had a horrible urine stain. Bathroom vent was full of black mold. Carpet hadn’t been deep vacuumed in years. Even though the room was identified as “non smoking” it smelled like old cigarettes.
Worst holiday inn ever. Black mold in the bathroom vent. Black mold on the shower curtain. Husband tried to take a shower…. No hot water!
Don’t ever stay here. Holiday Inn corporate should be ashamed!

This is the first time I used a Holiday Inn Express in a while. It’s was a great stay, no issues. Really nice staff and accommodations. The breakfast was really exceptional. I did not expect it to have some many options. That was the plus to add to the exceptional stay.
This hotel is in the midst of an update so my review might be more negative. The staff was very friendly. The room at least was quiet, but it was small and in need of updating. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The stool made noises & lighting over the sink was horrible. The breakfast staff was friendly but the food tasted like it had been on a warmer for too long.
