We travel quite frequently and this is one of the nicest places we stayed ….a bit off the beaten path, but upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Lisa. She went the extra mile gave us a corner room as my Service Dog would have alerted in the original room by the elevator. Hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained, gym was sparkling. Breakfast was standard fare, but good…will be back again!
Nice new hotel. The rooms are huge! Bathroom was very large. Nice attention to detail and decor. Property was clean inside and out.
Convenient on/off to the interstate. Would stay here again if in the area.

We recently stayed at this hotel twice during a long road trip. The front desk clerks we met were all so caring and wonderful to us.
The housekeeping team members each said hello as we passed and asked if they could help us.
The breakfast host was helpful and everything was well-stocked on their busy holiday mornings.
I would recommend them to anyone staying in Charleston!

My son recently moved to WV, so this was my first time in Charleston. I came here to surprise my him for his birthday, and wanted a place close by.
Fairfield Inn was very clean, and I would like to add that Lisa, a front desk clerk, was very welcoming and gave us awesome restaurant recommendations.
Do make sure to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to train track noise.
We also had an unforeseen circumstance which led us to leave one day earlier, and they were very understanding and accommodating.
Will def. stay here again whenever we're in town!

Last minute trip to Charleston due to a family member's medical condition. Never stayed at this Marriott location before. I have stayed at other Marriott's in downtown Charleston in the past. Lisa at the front desk was super. I found the location to be clean, quiet and convenient to the Interstate.
