The room smelled like smoke and mildew! Customer service was horrible when booking online. The pool was much smaller then what it looks like in pic. It was the most expensive hotel around and by far the worst!

Great location near an interstate exit, Had a great nights rest. Local resturants near and when I forgot my glasses on the counter they contacted me and made arrangements to have them delivered to my home in Ohio.

The breakfast was way above average-there are even real plates and flatware instead of plastic, the indoor-outdoor pool good, and the front staff helpful. The ROOM stank, however; although it was a non-smoking room, it USED TO BE a smoking room and the carpet and furniture have not been replaced since. Besides the odor one could see several cigarette burns around, further proof of its previous history. I went to the front desk to ask where the ice machine was and was told that there were none on the first floor but that she would get me some. Five minute wait. For $100/night I expect way better than this. The lobby is nice enough but access to the inner courtyard room was awkward; I had to take my bags through the breakfast room and push open a door to get outside. The courtyard is very attractive and has barbecue grills. If management replies, please do not use a standard boilerplate response.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed our complimentary hot breakfast, as well as our indoor/outdoor pool. It is our goal to provide friendly and helpful service to all of our guests and we are glad you found our staff helpful. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Please know that we have been a non-smoking facility since the late 90's and our guest rooms were completely updated in 2010. Unfortunately, guests will occasionally decline to honor the no smoking status of our hotel. When this happens we try to catch that failure and deep clean the rooms sufficiently that non-smoking guests are not negatively impacted. We apologize for failing in that endeavor in the room you occupied. While we do have an ice machine on the first floor, we will gladly get ice from our kitchen when a guest inquires at the desk, as the front desk agent did in this case. We are sorry for any confusion regarding access to our courtyard area. We do appreciate your feedback as it helps us see how we are doing from a guest's perspective. We hope you will stay with us in the future so that we may have the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Be sure to check that the doors are programmed to accept the keycard you are given. Especially the outside pet friendly rooms. My stay was very disappointing, I couldn’t gain access to many of the doors to the facility including my own room they set me up with.

Overall a good place to stay. They really need to make maintenance updates to the facility, the rooms and the room appliances. Front desk personnel were great but the best thing was the amazing breakfast. Would stay here again.

We were traveling with a 50 lb dog and they were very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, spacious, and updated. We had no issues and would stay there again our next time through.
