My three dogs and I had to make an unexpected stop due to a snowstorm. I had already heard good reports about Comfort Suites, so I headed there, securing a reservation by phone. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by a friendly night staff who saw to my every needs, including dog food and bowls, even dog treats. I treated myself to the popcorn in the lobby. Yum! The next day was much the same. I was walking my dogs and couldn't go in for the hot breakfast. Chantell packed a big to-go box for me as well as another for my dogs (eggs), even carried it back to the room for me since my hands were full, then stayed and played with my dogs, making their day! I highly recommend this hotel as one in which you will get great service!

I had to make a quick trip to WV to attend a funeral with very little notice. Brenda was so friendly & welcoming! Above & beyond! Additionally, the room was immaculately clean & the bed very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this location again! Thank you!

We had fond memories of our first night married and romantic husband got us a suite to celebrate our two+ decades together. It was wonderful then and even better now. Brenda greeted us at the front desk and was so helpful. She made a superb first impression. Michelle at the Pub was an amazing hostess and a lot of fun to talk to!

Our suite was huge, we loved the two headed shower and deep Jacuzzi tub. The king-size bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

My husband grew up in an adjacent town and plans to bring friends over to the pub, he enjoyed it that much.

My favorite non-human aspect was all the hardcover books both in our suite and in the pub.
