Good home cooked meals. The freshly made rolls are outstandingly tasteful. I tried the roast beef open faced sandwich and it was good. My wife had the Sunday special which was a baked steak with a side and it was good also. The potato soup wasn't that good, that is why it isn't a 5 Star rating. I would definitely eat here again if in the area. Would like to try their breakfast someday. Cash only or a local check. Huge selection of desserts.
Learned about this gem on TripAdvisor and was not disappointed. If you find yourself traveling on I-77 and looking for a reliable lunch stop, Your Family Restaurant is a very good choice. I ordered the special of fish nuggets and seasoned fries and my wife had a bowl of beef barley soup and BLT. We treated ourselves to a slice of pie ala mode. We were very satisfied. Unfortunately, the wash rooms were terrible.
Could not believe we have lived 40 minutes away and never been there. But when a friend suggested it we gave it a try and were glad we did. The place is right off the interstate but does not have a sign that can be easily read. If I .had not had the GPS on I would have missed it. The menu is not large but there are enough items to tempt you. Prices are very reasonable. We had their special hamburger which came with onions, peppers, banana peppers and Swiss cheese on whole wheat bread. It was delicious as were the accompanying fries. We will be back.
A little country restaurant right off I-77. Several family members met for an early dinner and our waitress handled our group with ease. The food was delicious. True country cooking. Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, beans and cornbread and many other choices. However, they don’t serve sweet tea or accept debit or credit cards.
