The Holiday Inn Express - 107 Alex Ln. Unbelievably Bad , I had pre booked the room.
As I drove up it looked bad but they remodeling. I was immediately greeted with a clerk with a bad attitude. I asked if I could take a look at the room, he responded " I can't leave the desk" he wouldn't give me a key to just look (or walk the 45 steps to show me. No Refund, Stains on Comforter,1/2 roll TP, No Wash cloth ,1 bath towel, Coffee pot w/No Coffee or cups, filthy dresser, Hole in bathroom hall, used hammer drill till 9PM wall next door, used toilet outside the door, No attempt to clean construction filth. I asked if they had a better room, The clerk told me they were all the same. As a IHG Member I Believe Corporate Intervention is desperately needed. I am writing this at 2AM because something is buzzing next room . I could go on with several more items like bed from 08/08/11, Privacy curtain dirty and doesn't fully close etc. etc. You get the idea. I will better explore my options in the future as I have rewards with other hotels as a business traveler.

Everything about this place was disgusting lol. For $225 dollars I got a room with nasty stains all over the furniture and a couch with mismatched cushions and a restroom that didn’t have a light. Floors were dirty everywhere in the hotel. My key card to my room looked stained? Rotten bananas for breakfast. I didn’t see any staff around the hotel except someone would occasionally man the front desk. However, bed was comfortable and I slept well. I wouldn’t have stayed there but it was the weekend and everywhere was full and I had to stop. If I ever find myself in this exact same situation again I have decided to find a nearby woods and withdraw 225 one dollar bills to use as campfire fodder to stay warm. Overall, very bizarre experience and do not recommend this place.

I'm sorry to give an average review for they are working on improvements. This hotel is in the process of renovations. The breakfast was not welll supplied the eggs were over cooked. Th clerk was very helpful with information regarding places to eat.
