Fairly clean and well equipped hotel, but not up to the standards I am use to at Radisson. Room was just OK. Furniture looked very used. Bathroom was a little cramped. Bed was wonderful, and firm with clean sheets. Breakfast area was a little underwhelming. Food person was very helpful. Desk person was just normal. Ran into homeless outside the hotel. Not good after a long hard drive.
This location is unsafe. My husband was only reason why I stayed at this hotel. The parking lot has NO lighting. The hotel sits behind a closed up restaurant. It is understaffed and needs basic maintenance. If you care, There is no hot tub as shown in pictures. Honestly they should close this location. Also note- it’s next to the Holiday Inn Express. I wouldn’t stay there either.
My daughter and arrived late and left early morning. I hate to complain about any hotel. I have stayed at this hotel chain before and have been satisfied. This time our room’s laminate flooring appeared dirty. As I lay in bed, the room smelled of urine. I should have asked for a different room, but we’d unpacked some and it was after midnight.
Read my previous reviews about this hotel and you can tell I have enjoyed staying here and have done so multiple times. This stop was likely our last .
Check in we are told we have a pet room which we did not request. The front desk person (who was very nice and helpful during our stay) changed our room.... great. Get to our room with a lot of luggage (on our way to a wedding), not cleaned, unmade bed, dirty towels everywhere. Back to the desk, new room. Get to room, same thing, a mess. The clerk moved us to a suite, which was nice, but now our adult son who is traveling with us has to sleep on a sofa pull out. Sheets already on pull out has what looks like dog hair and sheet on king bed had stains. Clerk changes each for us while we went to dinner.
Breakfast was good as it usually is here.
I appreciate the work by the front desk during the ordeal, but we will be moving on from this hotel.
This place is a dump. Stayed the night with our family after driving 8 hours. Dirty pool, rooms filthy, even the breakfast was horrible. We couldn’t take a bath or shower, bath was dirty. We itched all night. Room smelled like cigarette smoke too. Flies everywhere in the breakfast area, even inside the bread and bagle box. The area is also very sketch, did not feel safe. Please don’t book here.
