We were traveling to see family who has medical issues, so we got to the hotel dropped our stuff and immediately left. Later that night we returned and were beginning taking showers, well we didn’t have enough towels when we told them how many people there were when the reservation was made. Before we made the call to ask for more towels I noticed there was a half smoked cigarette and trash on the floor so we informed the front desk when we called, we asked them to bring more towels and come clean it up. After the phone was hung up they called back and asked us WHY WE ARE JUST NOTICING THAT THE ROOM WAS DIRTY. It does not matter why, the room shouldn’t have been dirty. Then she calls back again and proceeds to say that WE WILL HAVE TO COME GET OUR OWN TOWELS bc she is the only one there. Low and behold when my daughter goes down there is more than her working. Needless to say awful rooms, awful service. VERY RUDE employees, not worth ANY amount of money.

No complaints. Everything was as I expected. I would stay there again. The bed was firm and I like my bed soft. They are building a new hotel on the property, I am looking forward to staying in the new hotel.

I was traveling with a large group and we had 9 rooms and a UHaul filled with luggage and musical instruments, so safety is always a concern. The hotel was clean, all rooms (in two buildings) were clean and comfortable and the lot was well-lit. I was even able to back the trailer against the back of the office building for added security. I had some concern after some of the previous reviews but we all were pleased with the rooms and location. And this was after 5+ weeks of consistent travel.
