Stopped here after a week in Virginia Beach on our way home. What a gem!! Clean, comfortable and great staff. Shout out to Alyiha who greeted us with a friendly smile and information (from the a**h**e). Micheal helped us in the morning when we learned of a massive backup on the interstate that would have put us behind schedule by 3 or more hours. His suggestions actually cut about an hour off of our next day travel plans. would definitely stay here again.
Checking in and it was easy. Plenty of parking. Room was clean, bathroom, clean, bed comfortable.
Breakfast had hot and cold items and breakfast room was spacious.
There is a restaurant next-door. [not really great but the food was edible]. Any other restaurants you would probably have to drive.
I would stay here again.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern convenience. It's everything you would need for an overnight stop over.
Even being close to a major interstate exit, it was very quiet.
The only very minor inconvenience was that the room was not particularly cool even after adjusting the fan and temperature controls.
It was not uncomfortably hot, but I like it cold when I sleep.
It would not be a deal breaker or stop me from staying there again.
Everything else made up for this.
I only mention because I've seen other comments on this, so if AC is a big thing for you- just be aware.
Clean room, comfortable beds and convenient location just off the interstate. We checked at 10pm and there a restaurant nearby but we chose to grab some hot dogs and chips at Sheetz. They had bacon and sausage links on the breakfast buffet so I grabbed a bunch of both to take away. Bacon was nice and crispy and the links were delicious.
The best part of this hotel is the staff they were very nice, I asked for a quiet room it was fairly quiet. However this was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed at once we moved our stuff into it there was no room to move around in. The bed was supposed to be a green bed I don't believe it was since I have a queen at home and this was much smaller. The AC didn't come close to keeping the room cool we had it turned down to 65' and it was hot all night. The bathroom & shower is also really small. So if staying here be prepared for a very small room! The self laundry facilities were clean & cost $2 for each load.
