Good deal

We spent one night here at the Quality Inn while traveling to Nashville. The King room was very clean, large and had a kitchenette. Alicia at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. We did notice that the room did not have a hair dryer or an a bedside clock.

ZZMorgan, it's wonderful to hear that you had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn & Suites. It's particularly encouraging that you found the King room spacious, immaculate, and handy with its kitchenette. We're also delighted that Alicia at the front desk was of great service to you. As for the breakfast, we're glad to know it met your expectations. Your mentions about the absence of certain amenities like the hair dryer and bedside clock are noted. We value this input as we continually aim to enhance the comfort and convenience of our guests' experience. We hope you continue to consider us for your future travels.

While our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, the room was rather tacky. The biggest reason to avoid this Inn, at least until it is rennovated, is the toilet. It was the size that you find in kindergarden classrooms. Older adults and tall people would have a real problem with this. The breakfast was decent. The area outside the hotel was rather sleazy. And there were no working ice machines in the entire hotel. Hopefully the current renovations will correct the problems.

We stayed here the night before my husband had brain surgery at a nearby hospital. We would have had a really long drive early if we hadn't. First, the hotel is under renovation, but it needs torn down. Next, our ac unit did not work. When I called the front desk, after completely spraying the room down with Lysol, I was told to use only the thermostat on the wall. I did, and the air never came on. I called back to the front desk, and was told it is a very old unit, give it 15 minutes. I went down to the lobby to get a cold drink and the worker was watching t.v.. I told him the air still had not come on, to which he replied, "Has it been 15 minutes?" . I told him yes and he said to give it 15 more. So, after one hour +, we still had a hot room ( it was around 86 in Charleston that day) and there was no shown concern for us to have any, so I gave up. The room was as clean as a housekeeper could get it, but the grout, tub, and light switches, outlets, were filthy. The tub had mold and mildew all behind the caulk, the grout was caked with decades old filth, and the light switches and outlets were literally black at the switch plates. This is not something the housekeeper could clean. I have never been contacted about the air, have called 4 times, only to be cut off. It is a shame my husband, suffering from brain cancer and facing surgery, had to have such a miserable night of no sleep.

Room tip: I would never stay in any

The room was DISGUSTING. The hallway reeked of pot and it was completely unsafe. DO NOT ATAY HERE. I found another hotel immediately. The floors were unsanitary and the stains in the walls were unsettling. The intoxicated men out front gave me an uneasy feeling If I could give this place a zero or negative review, I would

We booked two queen beds. We knew we were going to be late, so we called to make sure our room would still be available. We were told it wouldn't be a problem. When we got to the hotel, there was only one room left in the entire hotel and it was a King room. How do four people sleep in one bed?
