We booked two queen beds. We knew we were going to be late, so we called to make sure our room would still be available. We were told it wouldn't be a problem. When we got to the hotel, there was only one room left in the entire hotel and it was a King room. How do four people sleep in one bed?
My wife booked this place because it was cheap. I would rather have spent a little more money. The place was dirty, and full of addicts. Someone had tried to break into the hotel a few days before we stayed there, and the one night we were there someone tried to break in to our van.
Used to be really nice but has since went way down hill since i stayed there a few years ago.
Didn't even have warm water for shower in the morning. Found out afterwards from others in our party that they didn't have any hot water the night before either.
Dirty, dirty, dirty.
No where else to stay, everything was booked up everywhere due to events in the area. So was stuck staying there.
This hotel is housing the homeless. The guests staying in the room next door to us got into a knock down, drag out fight during the night which was really frightening. We left early the next morning and then discovered we had been charged for 2 nights when we had only stayed there one night. My husband spoke to the manager who promised on several occasions to have the charge reversed, but nothing was done. To add insult to injury, Visa denied our fraud dispute, taking the hotel company headquarters side against ours. This was the worst experience i have ever had with a hotel, bar none
When we walked in, the service was very slow. The front desk agent seemed uninterested. When we got to the room, the carpets looked as if they had not been thoroughly cleaned in years. There were stains all over the floor. The furniture was all scratched, the bedding was all wrinkled. The AC didn’t allow for any adjustment- it was either freezing in the room or not on.
The worst part- the bathroom. The bathroom had mold everywhere, the shower had stains in the tub, there was no soaps, the toilet bowl had visible stains all over. The toilet was flushed once and contained to run all night. The shower curtain has definitely not been changed in a long time.
Overall, this hotel was uncomfortable and dirty. Please spend a little more to stay at a different hotel.
