When we walked in, the service was very slow. The front desk agent seemed uninterested. When we got to the room, the carpets looked as if they had not been thoroughly cleaned in years. There were stains all over the floor. The furniture was all scratched, the bedding was all wrinkled. The AC didn’t allow for any adjustment- it was either freezing in the room or not on.
The worst part- the bathroom. The bathroom had mold everywhere, the shower had stains in the tub, there was no soaps, the toilet bowl had visible stains all over. The toilet was flushed once and contained to run all night. The shower curtain has definitely not been changed in a long time.
Overall, this hotel was uncomfortable and dirty. Please spend a little more to stay at a different hotel.

This hotel was a big disappointment. I often camp and backpack, so I’m not averse to sleeping on thin mattress pads. But this hotel mattress was the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on. I had back and shoulder pain for several days after my stay here. The carpet was filthy. The area around the hotel is scary. While I was eating breakfast in the hotel, a man was drinking beer outside a few feet away and banging on the hotel windows. A hot breakfast is provided. The breakfast bar was not being cleaned. There were dirty dishes and spilt food on the breakfast bar. There were no biscuits, sausage, eggs, or milk available. I had to go to the front desk and request that someone refill the items on the breakfast bar. They did send someone to replenish the items, but the worker did not attend to the disgusting mess. The food was good.

We stopped there on our trip back from Florida. We saw the office and it was near a comfort Inn that wasnt open. But when I went in they said the office was for the Quality Inn. The price was very reasonable and the room was very nice and clean. We were pleasantly surprised.
