Communication is key in customer service business. While this cabin has cute, cozy interior, the customer service is lacking.
We received two (2) key codes to access. When we called to clarify, we were told they weren't sure which would work and to try both. Upon reaching Ocean Shores after 3 hour drive, we located cabin before lunch and beach. Housekeeper was working so we knew all would be right when we checked in at 5pm. One of the two codes did work and we had access.
The following morning, water was on kitchen floor and a full basin under dunk catching leak. Call to customer service received response, "we were going to call" because, obviously, the housekeeper had advised office the day before prior to 5pm. We were told to not use the sink as a plumber would be to property at noon the following day. Plumber arrived after 4pm, at least 48 hours after office notification and 36 hours after we discovered leak. Several calls to the office to discuss were made to discuss adjustment were ignored/not returned for two (2) weeks.
Finally, grass/weeds in yard was mid-calf in depth making use of yard less than desirable.
Mixed bag on location, exterior, and interior. Terrible customer service.
