Service was very good, the wait staff were always abundant and smiling - very attentive. We only had breads and mains: bread was fair for the price, nothing special. The duck was very good and was recommended by staff. The chicken was tasty but overpriced for the dish.

What really astounded us was the hideous condition of the glassware - every piece covered in greasy, white water spots. Really ruins a nice glass of wine. Guys, learn to polish your glassware or check that your dishwasher is rinsing properly. The poor result is very off-putting!

The best meals we've all had in a long time. My starter of melt in the mouth beef cheeks couldn't have been better. 5 very happy diners. Not the cheapest but worth every cent.

We were a party of five on a busy evening but the service was excellent. Friendly but professional. Staff were prompt to replace our water and check for orders. The menu is not big but everything we ordered was very well presented, perfectly cooked, fresh, and tasty. We shared the starters and then ordered mains - and the serving sizes meant we really didn't need to side we ordered as well. My salmon main was a generous size and seemed to be smoked on site as it was deliciously flavorsome and not like mass produced smoked salmon. Others at our table also were really delighted with their steak, duck and vegetarian choices. The wine list is also good with lots of local Martinborough wines to try. We will definitely be going back.

Small restaurant in town. The food was modern and wonderful tastes. Also had a very good wine list with local wines at reasonable prices. Best meal we had in Martinborough

We had dinner here as it came highly recommended. The place was full so we opted for a table which was slightly outside but still warm enough. We opted for the salmon and the beef fillet which turned out to be so so but from a price point of view, it didn't give us too much value. Good ambience and clean surroundings. Trued it so not sure if I will go back.
