Well who would have thought there could be so many ite,s of interest in such a small space. Displays are changed regularly, staff are informative and there is a great deal of history in this small museum.

Had some time to fill and came across this little treasure. Though small it's well laid out and concentrates on local history. I especially enjoyed the bits about the old prison. Don't miss the barn outside, also the cycles and children's room. Interesting exhibition of art also there when we visited. An hour or two well spent.

It is close to the town centre so why would you not visit this free local museum? It has some rooms that change periodically and some that never change so look out for an exhibition that you would like to see.

The curator is keen that the museum only has exhibits relevant to Horsham District so it is not just any old stuff; it is Horsham stuff!

It is quite tight so only smaller mobility scooters can get in. I am sure there is no lift so if you can't ascend stairs you'll miss some of the fixed rooms. You'll still get to view the changing exhibitions as these tend to be on the ground floor.

We'll be back next time an exhibition draws us in...

An excellent local museum, full of great information about the town and West Sussex generally. A pretty garden in saeson, and a great outside barn especially for children with inter-active exhibits.

Went in to Horsham purposely to visit and get out to do something whilst it poured with rain. This is a lovely little local museum with a really big range of curios from the local area. It’s bigger than you think too. Lots of helpful staff and a nice little gift shop. Free entry too. Will go back.
