The hotel is located a few steps away from thunsee. (Lake)
Staff were very nice and helpful
The welcome drink was a nice touch
Breakfast was excellent
Room with a view to the lake and mountain
The hotel is very quiet
However it is a little bit pricey
Dinner was expensive. Recommend to eat at the near by restaurants for lunch or dinner.

I booked a one-night stay for my sister's birthday over the weekend and we had an amazing time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the view from our room on the bay and from the dining room, where we had an amazing dinner (3 plates menu) and breakfast. The breakfast was delicious with lots of local products, sweet and savoury dishes, and fresh fruits.
The spa was much bigger than I expected, and we enjoyed the sauna, the jacuzzi outside and the rest rooms with free access to coffee. tea and juice.
The room was spacious, with a large dressing and everything you need to be comfortable.
The hotel is located in a very calm area, yet it is easy to access and to go for a walk with a beautiful view on the lake.
We will definitely come back! Thank you Eden Spiez!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Eden Spiez! We originally booked this trip for March 2020 and we ultimately rescheduled four times due to COVID. The hotel was very accommodating of our change in plans and extended our voucher multiple times.
The room was spacious and had incredible views of the lake, mountains, and castle. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and we enjoyed both the dinners we had on the property. The staff at reception, restaurants, and spa were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for anything more and can't wait to visit again!

I really enjoyed wellness weekend. spa is really nice, with variety of options, not crowded and relaxing, really good services and amenities (offered drinks, snacks, clean towels). room was very clean, comfortable foe a good sleep, with beautiful view.

Eden hotel has excellent breakfast, clean and quite spacious spa area and welcoming staffs with great hospitality. Great view of Lake Thun from the balcony of the rooms. I requested to get a room with an enclosed bathroom and am happy I received a room with a closed bathroom as I was traveling with a friend. I would love to come back!
