We stayed for two night in a deluxe double room with lake view. The view really matched the hotel's name, Bellevue. The room was recently renovated and extremely clean. Its location is great for walking along side the lake. You don't need to take your car since it's close to a bus stop and you can ask for free tickets (i.e. panorama card) during your whole stay. The stuff were really friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was the breakfast which wasn't worth the price (12 fr. per person per day) although to their defense, their restaurant was closed during the low season and it was a self-service breakfast.
We will definitely return to this hotel whenever visiting Thun/Interlaken.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a stunning location. The side lake view room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a pretty balcony and a fantastic view of the lake. There’s a Migro supermarket within walking distance for milk and other essentials. All in all a wonderful place.

We've had issues from the check-in, as the frontdesk didn't know how the 2g Covid system works and wrongly gave us a headache.
The dinner is specially bad. Simply don't trust the pictures, as they are far from their real counterparts. We waited over one hour for our food, even our 5-year-old girl waited that long for pasta. To think we had reservations.
Next morning, we went on time to our preivously booked breakfast to find out we didn't have a clean available talbe. Food was also scarce. The waitress insisted there was no such a thing as a booking system something we are about to confront frontdesk about.
The room is ok with a nice parcial view to the lake - The reason I give 2 stars in the evaluation. Best to avoid, since no one is short of the beautiful city's view.
