Recommended length of visit: 2-3 hours
Owner description: Parc Samà is a garden with memory, a Mediterranean orchard, a poetic forest, a melancholic palace… Parc Samà is the summer residence that in 1881 built Salvador Samà, Marquis of Marianao, between Cambrils and Montbrió, surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond trees. It is the legacy of an ‘Indiano’, a fusion of styles and a delight for the senses.

We visited here with Plana Bus on a Tuesday morning in October.
The trip cost 14.95 for adults and £9.95 for children. This included transport and entrance fee.
The Parc itself is very picturesque with beautiful grounds. You can easily spend a few hours here walking around. There are many photo opportunities so don't forget your camera.
There is a grand looking mansion in the middle of the Parc but this we were told is currently being renovated with the view of opening it up to the public.
There is a small shop selling olive oils and other local produce. It would be nice to see a cafe/restaurant on site but that may come in the future.
Overall we really enjoyed our morning here and would recommend a visit.

Went on tuesday 19th Sept picked up by Plana bus outside our hotel at villa fortuna it was about 20 minutes on bus the price was 14.99 euros each which I thought was a bit much as the admission is only 4 euros so the fare was ten which I thought was excessive.
The park itself is very picturesque and using the guide it is very easy to find your way round to the various lakes and towers, there are peacocks roaming free and fish and turtles in the lakes. The deer are in an enclosure but soon come over when there is food on offer, there is a monkey house but no monkeys and there are lovebirds in a big aviary which you can walk through. Altogether this a splendid way to spend a couple of hours but take refreshments with you as there is no cafe or anywhere to buy anything.

The Gardens and lakes, very nice, but thats about it, no Facilities for Food or drink, you can't go in the House which is spectacular from the outside, very disappointing, in need of a cash injection and some imagination, could be a wonderful place to visit, I have lived near this Park for 14years and only found out about it by accident, i have spoken to many of our spanish friends and none have heard of it ?

Sth way different from any other city parks. Got architecture, animals, sun and shade, very cheep, don't expect tourist entertainment it's a restored historic place in the nature, almost like a forest. Take awesome picture of your couple or family, very couple like place. We picniced there
