What a great little hotel. Jiordi could not do enough for us. Room and bath were clean and spotless, just the right size, great WIFI and a beautiful window looking toward the Mediterranean. Breakfast was so nice. Loved everything. Lots of Dali items, photos, which would be great if one liked him. Otherwise Nice place. And one of the quietest places. Really recommend it on the off season. Have never been here when busy.

Room tip: Sea View Great

Fabulous quirky “uber”boutique hotel. Very warm welcome and excellent service. Dali themed interior and our room had the best sea views we’ve ever had. Perfect quiet retreat from Barcelona. Perfect location very close to pristine sea and restaurants. Thanks

Gracious old hotel featuring work/life of S. Dali. Perfect location near waterfront of a fabulously beautiful seaside village. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Gave us small gifts after only one night's stay.

Room tip: All good. Just a few to choose from, but we were there in off season.

My friends and I had one night here and loved it. It's all we needed. An ideal location bang in the main square, just 90m from the water. Breakfast included. There's a great patisserie/cafe across the road. The rooms are very small and basic however they're very clean and comfortable enough. And the foyer and breakfast room ooze the Dali history and feel. It's good value. A good spot. We enjoyed it for a one night stay.

Is this the best hotel I've ever stayed in? No. Is it very good and would I recommend it? Yes.
We stayed two nights in room 11, sea view, booking online. Remember that you are in Cadeques very close to Port Lligat, Salvador Dali's only real home and the best of the Dali triangle museums of Catalunya. La Residencia stems from a time when the artist still lived in this suitably surreal, yet picturesque fishing village, and the interiors reflect this connection. Tableaux and photographs adorn the communal and reception areas in a witty and distinctive manner. Our room, the linen, and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Furnishings are of an era, quality and style that you just don't see any more in modern, bland hotels. Breakfast, served at stated times in the small bar was very good - fresh bread, ham, tomatoes, olive oil, croissant, pan au chocolat, butter, preserves, coffee and juice, included in our €115 rate per night. La Residencia stands out too because the staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming. They also have a parking garage of their own which you can book in advance, or if you park in the main car park on arrival in the town (best bet), the hotel will give you a ticket which discounts the rate. This saved us almost €20 on the parking fee. They are very clear that you must look after your key to use the night entrance (entrada noche) after 10pm 2200hrs. On departure we were given a set of Dali posters by the hotel staff - a lovely unprompted gesture, whether or not you happen to be a Dali fan. We found La Residencia to be good, welcoming and perfectly located and are happy to recommend it.
