We have just returned after a 2 week stay. The hotel was great. The room was well decorated and very clean.
We had fresh towels and bedding on a regular basis
We had a kettle in the room and the hotel supermarket was well equipped. We bought hot fresh bread rolls there most mornings.
The staff could not be more helpful and were very friendly.
We would definitely stay at the Bristol Playa again
.

Room tip: Sea view was very nice but no sun in the morning

We had a lovely time here the staff were very helpful. And they have upgraded the rooms since I was last there We were very lucky and had a lovely room looking out on the sea. And what can I say about the pool bar, It is very well run, Danny and his staff are only brilliant and the food is very good and very reasonable. Danny himself is great fun and I would go back again for the craic alone. so thanks a million for a great time.

We wanted a cheap week away with a bit of sunshine and we found the Hesperia Bristol Playa just fitted the bill. In fairness the first room we were given was awful! It was on the third floor overlooking a derelict hotel with the windiest balcony I have ever been on. We only lasted the night before asking for another room. We managed to get one of the garden rooms at the front of the hotel which are lovely and at €15 extra per night are well worth it. The glass screens at the front protect you from the wind so you have a lovely sun trap. It was nice being able to walk into the room get drinks from the fridge and come back to your sun bed. They are also separated from the rest of the hotel so very private. The rooms are also finished to a reasonably high standard with new furniture throughout and 32" TV's in both the bedroom and lounge. There's a kettle, fridge, microwave and toaster so although not really enough to cook yourself a meal it is ample for a quick snack. Location wise the hotel is very good. Sat on the edge of the old town it is quiet but only a 5 minute walk from the bars and restaurants. The pool area is nice and there are plenty of sun beds. Didn't eat in so can't comment on the food. If we came back to this resort we would definitely consider staying here again.

Dear Sir/Mme,

Greetings from Hespria Bristol Playa.

I will like to thank you for your comments regarding the new NH Hotel Group equipment standards: 32" flat TVs, new mattresses, rain effect showers,...etc.

Regarding our rooms view, all of them do have or Garden View, or Pool View, os Ocean View; but as we are a urban resort, the main door of the apartments is facing the town.

We hope to welcome you back very soon in our property.

Best regards,

I have just spent a week here with my husband and our teenage daughters. We had two apartments which were across a corridor from one another. We've had a fab week in the lovely town of Corralejo. The hotel itself is situated on the outskirts of the town but the walk into town is very pleasant and the main square for restaurants is very close and takes about 10 minutes to walk. The hotel itself has lots of character and has an immaculately kept pool area. The pools are not heated and therefore empty most of the time as they are a bit chilly at this time of year. The rooms apartments are pleasantly decorated and refurbished with chabby chic furniture that is not particularly functional. There is very little bedroom storage for clothes, some drawers don't open and the one I had at the side of my bed left wood splinters in my clothes. The bathrooms are lovely with a walk in showers kitted out with plenty of mirror space and a hairdryer which is adequate even for my thick wavy hair.
The kitchen area is very basic and has very little for cooking a meal. It's fine for a quick breakfast or lunch but can't imagine cooking a full evening meal. There are two electric rings to cook on but nothing more. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave but a poor excuse for a sharp knife. There are also no tea towels or dishcloths but these can be bought pretty cheap from the two very close supermarkets. The rooms have been very comfortable for the temperatures in April but I'm not sure if they will still be in the hotter summer months as there is no air con. The on site supermarket is well stocked and has fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Overall a lovely location and apartment stay..

Dear Mme,

Greetings from Fuerteventura, Spain.

As you said our location is great in Corralejo, just a few minutes away from the restaurants area, but at the same time being an ocean front resort.

We must say that our room kitchen is equiped with the basic dinning items for basic meals, however is not obviously the same you probably have in home.

Thank you very much for your comments regarding our willing to help and friendly staff.

We hope to see you very soon in our resort.
