Nice hotel with great location and frendly staff. We got free room upgrade with realy nice see view (Thank you!). The food is good, maybe there can be more choices. Only reasion why i gave 4 from 5 points is dining room cleanless. They should disinfect table for each guest also tablecloths were a little dirty on some tables.

I had an amazing time at this wonderful hotel. What makes this hotel exceptional is the manager, Antonio and his team of superb staff. Their warm hospitality and professional service are top class. I had many lovely conversations with Miguel at the bar, a absolute star! The hotel is right across from the beach so it is lovely having a drink on the terrace with such a beautiful sea view. It is situated on the strip of shops, restaurants and bars so everything you need is close by. It is also only 10 minutes drive from the airport - Perfect! I opted for All inclusive - definitely great value! The food is lovely with a great variety to suit all tastes and the spirits, beers and wines were readily available. The hotel is exceptionally clean and it truly felt like home away from home. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. In the dining area, guests wear gloves and their masks when serving their food at the buffet which is very reassuring. There is also a limit of how many people can dine at a particular time so the hotel is well equipped to maintain social distancing and prioritise protecting its guests. The hotel also offers PCR tests at the hotel which is fantastic. This saves having to look for a clinic and the service from the doctor was very efficient and I received my results the same day. I stayed at this hotel for 12 days and will definitely return. I traveled alone but never felt alone while I was there. I met some amazing people and the atmosphere watching the Euros was phenomenal. Thank you to Antonio and all of the fantastic staff who made my stay so memorable. If you are looking for a lovely place to relax, unwind and have an amazing holiday, look no further. Hotel Playa is an absolute gem!

A really good hotel with very friendly staff. Perfect location, quite close to the beach. In the evening you had to wait for about 10-15 minutes before you're allowed to enter the dinning room. Also, in the morning, sometimes there were not any glasses available, and no juice in the bottles.
It is great you can do a COVID test right in the hotel.

Super helpful staff! Stayed there for 8 nights and enjoyed every day.
Food was tasty and varied, the bar menu in the all-inclusive option is wide. The view from the terrace is just amazing and the beach is literally 1 minute from the hotel.
One little note, that the bar is called "Snack bar", but there were no snacks there and sometimes you have to wait your turn to have dinner, but with it's not a problem if you have a glass of tasty sparkling wine in your hands:)
